FREE Lamb Tasting Night

Murdoch University is conducting a research study and are looking for 60 people from our school community to taste test lamb for the development of a lamb grading system here in Australia. In return the university will make a $1000 donation to our school.

The tasting will be conducted in the undercover area and will be carried out in three separate groups of 20 over an hour each. At the end of each session you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. You must be a red meat eater and be at least 18 years of age.

To participate, please complete an RSVP form (copies were sent home and spares available in the front office) and return to the school office.


Tickets will be issued with information about the Mad Bay Wine tasting that will also run at the event.
