Our annual Twilight Picnic with Food Trucks and the End of the Year Whole School Concert is on Friday, 27 November 2025 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm
This is such a wonderful event, with students performing, food trucks and a wonderful atmosphere to end the year as a school community together. All our classes Kindergarten to Year 6 will be performing on the night and the script will be narrated by selected Year 6 students. The choir will be performing on the night as well. Theme to be determined closer to date.
DONATIONS NEEDED
We will have our usual activity tables ready to keep the children busy and we would like to ask for donations again from our school community. Please deliver these to the office. All our games, stalls and activities will have a gold coin donation on the night. Our year 4 – 6 students will be rostered to activities before and after the concert.
Chocolate Block stall – donations of blocks of chocolates
Lucky dip – we need a small gift, soft toy, game, goodies from show bags to wrap for our Lucky dip stall.
Guess the lollies in the jar. – we need donations of bags of lollies for our jar.
We will have ball games set up in the cricket nets area, Facepainting and Balloon Twisting for a gold coin donation and guess the lollies in the lolly jar.
